CINDY WENG
C3 Toronto Easter Weekend Campaign

I had the opportunity to develop the visual campaign for C3 Toronto’s Easter Weekend in collaboration with the art directors, creating three distinct design directions for Good Friday, Easter Sunday’s Death to Life documentary, and a free Easter egg hunt designed to engage families in the local community. One of the biggest challenges was tailoring the campaign to very different audiences and event formats while maintaining a cohesive visual identity across the Easter weekend. Good Friday was designed as an online experience, so the campaign focused on encouraging people to participate through livestream. Easter Sunday centered around the Death to Life documentary and in-person services, while the Easter egg hunt was created to engage families in the local community.
A key deliverable was a double-sided postcard that brought two distinct experiences together—featuring the Death to Life documentary on one side and the Easter egg hunt on the other—allowing the piece to communicate clearly to different audiences within a single format.
The work showcased here includes Instagram slides, posters, event signage, and custom designs for the Easter egg hunt stations. The Easter services were sold out, with 1,000+ people attending across the Toronto and Hamilton locations, making this a meaningful opportunity to contribute to a large-scale church and community event.
